At Mid-Town Renovators we take pride in working with you on your home improvement plan. Following your welcome inquiry, we offer an initial project assessment and free budget proposal for you to review.
Upon your approval we will begin work on a project plan including:
– Initial drawings & specifications
– Permit applications & process [as necessary]
– A final budget estimate when plans completed and scope of work defined
If permits are a part of this process, we will have them in hand as we begin construction of your project. We keep you foremost in mind during this process in order to minimize project impact on your lives.
